Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local carriers. International shipping generally takes between 7–30 business days.
Please note that delays caused by customs, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any shipping issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to request a return or exchange, you may contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Personalized items, final sale products, or products showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, our team will provide support for replacement, reshipment, or refund after reviewing the case. We may request photos of the product and packaging for evaluation.
International return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the issue was caused by our team or the product arrived defective.
Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on the financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
